We strive to make your experience at Tailored Lash Atelier as peaceful and easy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us a text at 512-553-9822 and we will answer any inquiries at our first availability.
1
Cancellation Policy
Tailored Lash Atelier sends out appointment reminders to ensure any rescheduling can be done prior to the timeframe of our cancellation policy.
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less before your appointment, half of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
Appointments that are missed without any notification to the stylist will be charged the full appointment fee.
New appointments cannot be booked until fees have been paid.
2
Guest Policy
As the majority of our services involve work around the delicate eye area, any movement or shifting due to conversation, excitement, or other form of distraction can disturb our processes and shift the materials (tape, eyepads, etc) around the eyes, making providing services more difficult.
In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we request you do not bring guests to your services.
3
Age Policy
While we do provide services to anyone aged 16 or older, those under the age of 18 must have parental / guardian consent to receive services.
4
Allergies, Contraindications, Etc.
Please ensure to disclose any allergies or contraindications to your stylist either via text prior to your service, or upon your arrival at the salon. Consultations are available in order to more thoroughly discuss any questions or concerns you might have about the processes or to perform test patches!

General Salon Etiquette
- Please ensure you've removed all makeup prior to your arrival if possible, as any makeup, debris, oily eye cream, or otherwise could cause issues depending on the service. If you are arriving after work or an event that requires you to wear makeup, we can provide a cleanser for you to use on site! Just give us a heads up via text.
- Please do not wear contact lenses to your appointments. As the eye will be closed during the process for extended periods of time, it can make the lens blurry or uncomfortable. We can provide saline solution to put contacts in during services if you do not have a case or glasses to wear otherwise.
- Please do not drink caffeine prior to your appointment. Coffee, energy drinks, tea, etc, can cause your eyes to flutter during the service, creating difficulty for application
- Please wear comfortable clothing. The salon tends to be on the chillier side (around 70-72 degrees F) as that is an ideal temperature for the requirements of our services. We will provide a blanket and the bed does have a heating pad if you feel chilly, though most clients tend to fall asleep during services regardless.
- Feel free to bring earbuds to listen to a podcast, music, etc, during a service. Larger, bulkier headphones are not ideal, as any sort of headband can interfere with application for lash services, but simple headphones, bluetooth earbuds, or the like are fine! Please ensure whatever material you choose to listen to is relaxing, as even the slightest changes in facial expression or eyes watering can also cause difficulty with application.
